The service and your account

Tackologie helps you discover, save, and organize still-image Tacks that link to source pages. Some features require an account or membership. Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and contact us if you believe someone has used your account without permission. Do not impersonate another person or use another person's account without permission.

Your content and source material

You keep any rights you have in content you submit. You give Tackologie Digital, LLC permission to host, process, reproduce, and display that content as needed to provide the service, including the sharing choices you make. This permission does not transfer ownership to us or give you rights in someone else's work.

Submit material only if you own it, have permission, or have another lawful basis to use it. Saving a Tack or linking to a source does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reuse the source's images or text. Respect creators' rights and other people's privacy. To report a rights or privacy concern, use the Tack's report action or contact us at the email below.

Public Tacks and publicly shared collections can be viewed by others. Keep information you do not want to share out of public submissions. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information, and our account deletion page explains what is removed or retained when an account is deleted.

Content guidelines and acceptable use

Follow our Content Guidelines. Do not use Tackologie for unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation, infringement, spam, or malicious software. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another person's private data.

We may decline or remove content under the Content Guidelines or to address rights, privacy, or security concerns. Automated and human review can make mistakes, and approval does not guarantee that material is accurate or that you have permission to reuse it. Available reporting and appeal options are explained in the Help Center.

Free saves and paid membership

Eligible new accounts receive 25 lifetime free Tack saves without a payment card or time limit. Deleting Tacks does not replenish that allowance. Existing-account and complimentary access may differ. Your account shows the access and allowance that apply to you.

Paid membership is an annual subscription that renews automatically unless you cancel renewal. Review the price, renewal terms, and applicable taxes shown before confirming a purchase. Current website membership options and founding-rate conditions are described on the Pricing page. App Store and Google Play prices may be localized; the relevant store shows its purchase terms and final price.

A founding rate continues while the qualifying subscription stays continuously active, as described in the offer. Paid access depends on confirmed payment. Free signup by itself does not reserve a founding rate.

Cancellation and billing questions

Cancel renewal through the provider where you subscribed. For website memberships, open Manage membership. For store purchases, use Apple subscription settings or Google Play subscription settings.

Cancellation stops the next renewal, and paid access normally continues through the paid period. Your saved Tacks and Stacks are retained when membership ends, subject to account deletion and content-removal rules. Deleting the app or requesting account deletion does not itself cancel an Apple or Google subscription.

Cancellation and refunds are separate. Contact us about website billing questions or refund requests; purchases through Apple or Google are subject to that provider's refund process. These Terms do not limit any refund or other consumer rights that apply to you by law.

Source websites and availability

Third-party source websites are operated independently of Tackologie Digital, LLC. Their content, availability, purchases, and privacy practices are their responsibility and may change. A link or Tack is not a guarantee or endorsement of a source, product, or claim. Review the source's own terms before interacting with it or making a purchase.

We work to keep Tackologie available and source links useful, but interruptions, errors, and unavailable source pages can occur. We do not promise uninterrupted service, permanent availability of a particular item, or perfect moderation or verification. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibilities or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending your use and changes to these Terms

You can stop using Tackologie and request account deletion using the published deletion process. Remember to cancel membership renewal separately. We may restrict access when necessary to address misuse, violations of these Terms, or security concerns.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will post the updated Terms with their effective date and provide notice of material changes as required. A posted update does not by itself authorize a new charge or change an existing purchase's agreed billing terms.

App-store terms

Use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement, where applicable. These Terms do not replace that agreement or the purchase and subscription terms of Apple or Google Play.
